What is Warrior PATHH?

Warrior P.A.T.H.H. (Progressive and Alternative Training for Helping Heroes) is a peer-led training program for veterans, military personnel, and first responders focused on helping people grow and thrive after trauma using the science of Post-Traumatic Growth (PTG).
Warrior PATHH – Turn Struggle into Strength

What the Program Is

• Developed by the Boulder Crest Foundation and delivered by trained peers (fellow veterans and first responders)
• Designed as training, not traditional therapy. It focuses on helping participants transform struggle and trauma into strength and purpose

How the Program Works

• Begins with a 5–7 day intensive, in-person training experience
• Followed by approximately 90 days of coaching, connection, and continued support
• Combines education with experiential activities such as mindfulness, physical challenges, and group work

What It Focuses On

• Building meaning from traumatic experiences
• Strengthening relationships and community
• Developing life skills and resilience
• Long-term personal growth rather than short-term symptom relief

This is a powerful opportunity to invest in yourself while connecting with other warriors who understand the journey. We encourage anyone who feels ready for this experience to reach out.

Thank you for all you do to support our mission and each other.

Respectfully,

Heroes Helping Heroes
