Heroes Helping Heroes provides first responders with an opportunity to cope with PTSD by being around fellow first responders who have experienced similar traumatic events and have experienced the psychological changes associated with these events such as stress, anger, anxiety, fear, isolation, etc.
If you are a First Responder or a retired First Responder and would like to participate in these events, please fill out the contact us form and we will add you to the upcoming events email group.
All Heroes Helping Heroes events are limited to registered First Responders Only unless otherwise stated.

.01K Fun Fake Race
The .01K is exactly what it sounds like. Fifty feet, one finish line you can see from the start, and a race that's over in about twelve seconds. Prizes for the best outfits and costumes. Sun Cruiser on site with drinks. Every dollar supports Heroes Helping Heroes and the first responder families we stand behind.
